Meet The Team

This wonderful lady created Heavenly Chocolate Emporium in 2005 after falling in love with everything chocolate and learning as much as she could from the ice cream and chocolate houses of Britain & Rome! Normally found elbow deep in chocolate at the shop, Tracy is always a friendly face to greet you as you enter the shop!

Heavenly Manager and master of chocolate, ice cream, and cake decorating! Toni is very much the captain of the ship, keeping us all on a steady course with her awesome organisational skills! When not in work, you will find her juggling the arrangements of her family's many sporting activities. To relax she’ll be playing rugby or cricket!

We were very lucky to snap Jan up to work with us after she moved to this area. She has an esteemed history of sugar-craft work, excelling in her field. Jan has also penned novels for Squires Kitchen! She’s super organised and calm in a crisis!  Outside of work you will find Jan spending time with her family and horses for which she has a great passion. She is also the owner of the Too Good To Eat Cake Company!

Glenys' knowledge of the Heavenly chocolate selection is second to none! Rarely forgetting a face,  she's never been seen without a smile! When she’s not busy making people happy serving chocolate and ice cream, you will find her looking after her totally adorable grandson, Flyn, or relaxing with a well earned G&T!

The very bubbly, Claudia hails from exotic Brazil. You will find her in the shop on the weekends.

Claudia is a talented linguist, much to the delight of our many foreign visitors, and is currently learning Welsh. In her spare time she likes to cook up a storm in the kitchen. 

Sports mad Martha, helps in the shop on the weekend. She’s full of exuberant energy and always has a smile on her face.

When she’s not studying,  in addition to the many  sports that she enjoys, she is a talented singer, so might be rehearsing around the shop..

Part of our weekend team, the bubbly Sophia can be found at Heavenly on Saturday or Sunday during the summer. With her vast knowledge of our products, she will always help you find the perfect gift! 
Sophia plays hockey for Llandeilo and loves spending time with her friends.

Another important part of the Heavenly weekend crew, Ava is a master ice cream scooper! (It's trickier than it looks!) A budding barista, she can also make you a mean coffee, and is a go-to for wonderful ideas if you’re wondering which chocolate box would be the perfect gift for a loved one. When not at Heavenly,  you will find her in karate - she’s on her second blackbelt!

Whether you need a cake, or special order... you're in safe hands with Denise. When everything is super busy, and we’re all feeling a bit manic, Denise is always keeping a smile on the team's faces with her fabulously wicked sense of humour! Her favourite way to relax is a weekend away in the caravan, with her husband, Chris, and dog, Igor.

A fine young chap, and only man on the team, is in training to become a master of chocolate and ice cream. His enthusiasm and dexterity are just what we needed.  Thankfully, his easy-going nature and great sense of humour means he doesn’t mind all of the teasing and mothering he gets from being the only boy! When he’s not mastering new skills, you’ll find him on the football pitch, or socialising with friends and family!
